Veda Advantage Australia & New Zealand was the largest provider of consumer and business credit report data, as well as property and auto valuation services.

The Challenge

Following a rebranding exercise, an effective digital strategy was needed to improve customer experience through improved usability and empowering digital services.

The Approach

Discovery phase solidly packed with numerous stakeholder interviews and primary research activities such as focus groups and subject-matter expert interviews.


Leads generated by the redesigned website increased tenfold; time spent on the site doubled, bounce rates were halved.
