Hello, I'm Renato

More than 20 years of experience employing human-centric design processes, tools and methods inform and guide my work in the digital space and beyond. I collaborate with people in organisations large and small assisting and inspiring them to get ever better at understanding and meeting their customers’ needs; and generating new, original ideas to complex and often critical organisational challenges.

I engage design thinking in an organisation’s strategy, identifying and prioritising opportunities for innovation, exploring new development ideas to attract new customers, demonstrating the value of design, and looking at how design can contribute to the advancement of the overall business.

At a tactical level, I look at how design can be used to craft the presence and experience of an organisation, satisfy unmet customer needs and influence how the organisation and the brand are expressed and perceived.

At an operational level, I manage the design process, including the selection of appropriate frameworks, tools, approaches, and team configuration, as well as establishing working relationships and ethical responsibilities to solve client problems.
